BACKGROUND: Thermacell makes the world’s leading spatial mosquito repellent and targeted tick control solutions. They have an ever-expanding product line for both adventure and home use. They are dedicated to creating better, worry-free, more environmentally friendly solutions to biting insects.

OBJECTIVE: How can we help busy parents create a mosquito-free outdoor sanctuary for their family without the hassle, planning, or chemical concerns associated with traditional repellents?

CONCEPT: Busy parents have enough to think about. Thermacell handles the mosquitoes so the only decision left is which park to take your kids to. No more bug spray is needed.

This ad is simple. First, you see a swarm of bugs, which shows the problem right away. Then you swipe and see the product with almost no bugs around it. The line makes it clear what it does. Turn it on, bugs go away. It’s an easy before and after that gets the point across fast.

Non-traditional execution:

By strategically placing a Thermacell stand in every corner of the park, their 15-foot bubbles of protection overlap to create one giant, invisible shield. This setup blankets the entire playground in a mosquito-free zone, so kids can run wild from the swings to the slides without ever leaving the "safety bubble." It’s total park coverage that keeps the fun going and the bugs out.
